A client hired me to do a scorecard of grant management systems. In the spirit of PC Magazine “shoot outs”, I did a simple, easy-to-understand table with icon scoring system. I also put “heartbreak” icons next to the features that were “must haves.”
This is a short sales deck that I put together with my colleague, Sandra Niehaus, to pitch to our sales team and clients on how we approach designing products and services. In this deck, we use our work with VSP as an example of the range of techniques that we use to deliver products and services that people love.
This is a response to a call for participation for the State of Washington for UX Services. I authored this to show the comprehensive capabilities of our team and former work that we have done for clients. This proposal is part of public record, and so I can show it to you here.
I was called to do an assessment and product strategy for a research team at a major semiconductor manufacturer. They had a collection of technologies and products that they wanted to group together to create a “no code/low code” platform to attract new types of developers into their ecosystem, thus selling more chips. After meeting with their team for several weeks and conducting stakeholder interviews, I pulled together this pitch deck that they used to educate upper management on their efforts. Unfortunately, the project was ultimately cancelled due to shifting priorities at the company, but the client labelled this presentation as “Brilliant”. (There were other parts to this slide deck, but this was my contribution.)
