I am an experienced designer, user researcher, product manager, and team leader. I’ve designed products for some of the biggest companies in the world using people-first design techniques. My philosophy is to include all stakeholders from the very beginning of the design process to listen, to collaborate, while employing best practices. I love understanding people, understanding technology, and forecasting the future.
I create products and services that retain customers and patrons, and this helps organizations create long term relationships with people, establishing value and revenue streams that pay back.
I’m also an expert manager of creatives, as I’ve worked with dozens of musicians, authors, visual artists, and ux designers to bring their works to the world and chart their careers. I have many references from these artists, as well as from former employees and partners, upon request.
